Key Responsibilities:
Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering calls.
Provide excellent customer service and support to clients and staff.
Handle inquiries, complaints, and other issues with professionalism and efficiency.
Perform administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and data entry.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Strong counseling and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Social Media handling
Fundamental computer knowledge, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
