Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before accessing or using the services provided by Skill Training Nepal ("we" or "us"). By accessing or using our services, including our website skilltrainingnepal.com (the "Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.
1.1 Ownership All videos, audios, course materials, and resources produced from live training sessions or provided by Skill Training Nepal are the exclusive property of Skill Training Nepal. These materials are for the sole use of students enrolled in Skill Training Nepal courses. Sharing, distribution, or reproduction of these materials with any unauthorized individuals or parties is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action
1.2 Copyright Protection Any violation of the intellectual property rights of Skill Training Nepal, including unauthorized sharing, reproduction, or distribution of our course materials, may lead to legal consequences, including but not limited to enforcement of copyright laws and applicable cybercrime regulations. Violators may be subject to fines up to NPR 15,000.
2.1 Compliance with Policies All individuals, including students, staff, and instructors, associated with Skill Training Nepal must abide by our organization's policies and terms. By participating in our services, whether in physical or online classes, you agree to adhere to these policies.
2.2 Disclosure of Personal Information Skill Training Nepal may disclose your personal information or belongings to a company or individual in the following circumstances:
3.1 Registration To register for a physical class, you must agree to these Terms and Conditions. Registration can be done by filling out the form at the front desk area of our office or through the online form on Skill Training Nepal's website.
3.2 Care of Resources Students attending physical classes are responsible for taking care of the resources provided to them, such as laptops, mouse, chargers, keyboard, and desktops. Any damages to these devices due to negligence or misconduct will be the responsibility of the user.
3.3 Classroom Hygiene Students attending physical classes are expected to maintain hygiene in the classroom. Creating an unhygienic environment, such as littering or improper waste disposal, may result in disciplinary action, including detention during the class.
3.4 Discipline and Conduct Students attending physical classes are expected to demonstrate discipline and good behavior. Actions that violate the rules and regulations of Skill Training Nepal may result in the immediate cancellation of the registered service. Students must follow all rules and regulations on Skill Training Nepal premises, and their actions may be monitored through CCTV cameras.
4.1 Agreement to Terms and Conditions By enrolling in online courses or sessions provided by Skill Training Nepal, you agree to comply with the previously mentioned terms and conditions. Enrollment and payment grant you access to the online sessions, materials, and resources for the duration of the course. During online sessions, students are obliged to follow Skill Training Nepal's terms and conditions.
4.2 Ethical Behavior During online sessions, students are expected to exhibit ethical behavior, which includes:
4.3 Professional Attire During online sessions, students are expected to be in proper attire and maintain a professional appearance.
4.4 Privacy and Confidentiality During online sessions, students are not permitted to share any private information, such as contact numbers, emails, or social media links, with others.
4.5 Prohibition of Unauthorized Sharing Students are strictly prohibited from sharing any course materials, videos, or resources provided by Skill Training Nepal with unauthorized individuals or for any commercial or promotional purposes.
Ownership and Permission All videos recorded during Skill Training Nepal classes remain the exclusive property of Skill Training Nepal. Skill Training Nepal will not provide any videos regarding the online or physical classes unless it has been agreed upon by the administrative head and signed.
6.1 Cancellation and Refund Requests If you wish to cancel your enrollment in a course, you must submit a cancellation request within 3 days. Cancellation requests received after the specified period may not be eligible for a refund.
6.2 Refund Eligibility
7.1 Discount Eligibility Skill Training Nepal may offer discounts to students in various circumstances and occasions. However, the organization is not obligated to offer discounts to every student.
7.2 Attendance Requirement To be eligible for a course certificate, students must attend at least 95% of the classes. Additionally, students must complete assigned assignments and projects as instructed by the instructor.
7.3 Prohibition of Promoting Course Material Students are strictly prohibited from promoting or using course materials provided by Skill Training Nepal for any commercial or promotional purposes without prior authorization
8.1 Code of Conduct Students are expected to demonstrate respectful behavior towards teachers, staff, fellow students, and the Institute premises. Bullying, harassment, discrimination, or any form of disruptive or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.
8.2 Academic Integrity Plagiarism, cheating, or any form of dishonesty in academic work is strictly prohibited. Students must submit their own original work and properly acknowledge any sources used in assignments, projects, or exams.
8.3 Use of Technology The use of electronic devices, including smartphones, tablets, and laptops, should comply with Skill Training Nepal's technology policies. Students must respect the rules and guidelines regarding the appropriate and responsible use of technology within the premises.
8.4 Safety and Security Students are responsible for maintaining the safety and security of themselves and others within the Skill Training Nepal premises. Any actions that jeopardize the well-being of students or staff, or disrupt the safety and security of the Institute, will result in disciplinary action.
8.5 Disciplinary Measures Violations of the discipline policy may result in disciplinary measures, including verbal warnings, written warnings, counseling, suspension, or expulsion, depending on the severity and frequency of the offense. The administration of Skill Training Nepal reserves the right to determine the appropriate disciplinary action.
8.6 Parent/Guardian Involvement Parents/guardians are encouraged to actively support the organization's discipline policy and maintain regular communication with the Institute administration regarding their child's behavior, academic progress, and any concerns they may have.
Skill Training Nepal reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any updates or changes. Continued use of our services after any modifications or amendments indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nepal.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced with a valid and enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision.
